Targum sobre I Crônicas 1:43
Targum of I Chronicles
...And these are the kings that ruled over the land of Edom before there was a king that ruled over the Israelites: Balaam son of Beor the wicked, who is Laban the Aramaen, who made a pack with the sons of Esau in order to ruin Jacob and his sons, and sought to destroy them, and ruled over Edom, and the name of the city where he reigned from was Dinhava because it was granted [ityhivat] to him freely.
